I've been wanting to blog.

so many things happened recently.

since blogger is not working,

then it is easier to let it all out.

Sometimes, i feel so alone in this world.

With the problems I'm facing.

I find it hard now to trust people now.

It's like after trusting someone you know,

then they turned their back on you,

you just lose respect to that person.

I don't know why but I tend to trust people easily!
I tried not too but it's hard.

Seriously, how to stop this habit?!

I don't know if i should close this blog.

I know i've been blogging lesser.

Been so buzy.

But I think sometimes I just need a space to wrote.

So what I've been up to.

It's June already.

May have been good to me.

Guess who I met?!

A favourite band of mine.

Been listening to them since I was in Primary School

and when i'm angry or sad,

their songs keep me companied.

It's Simple Plan!

Watched them sang a few songs during a short gig

and met another Canadian band, TKWC!

I really hope to see Simple Plan again.

Love their performance and showmanship!

And I managed to take a picture with Piere, the lead singer.

Love their songs.

And they look good too!

So you see my June was awesome too.

Other than meeting them,

I found a job too at USS.

I accepted it since I have no other choice.

It was fun at first.

During trainings, you can get to take the rides etc.

But I decided to quit.

Many people asked why saying that it is a fun job etc.

Yes, it's fun and I love interacting with the guest there.

And I miss looking at hot and cute guys too.

I'll miss the place.

Miss the friends I made during trainings

and we are still in contact.

If only, we are in the same attraction,

I might stay on.

When quiting this job,

the intention ws to take another job,

with a higher pay which is at Sentosa.

But I was offered another one at a child care

and I accepted it since I worked there before.

And since my mum works there too.

Save a lot of cost too. ;))

Hehe!

Oh ya,

I got accepted to SMa and will be starting my bridging class next Friday.

Kinda nervous for it.

6 classes and after that, it's exam.

I really need to pass it!

If not, I can't continue take the degree.

And touchwood if I need to retake,

it will cost nearly $600.

So, please pray hard for me.

Yes! Wohoo!!

I finally graduated from Republic Polytechnic two weeks ago,

after struggling for 3 years!

My mum and grandma attended the ceremony!

And my cousin and I were in the same session

so it's like a mini family gathering!

I'm so proud of myself to be able to go through

this obstacle.

There are times where I think I'm not good enough

and that I wanna change to other school

since I don't like the school and stuff.

I feel more stressed now after graduating.

People will start asking for my next plan.

There are times where my mum

keep asking me,

"What's your plan tmrw?"

without fail and it really irritate me alot.

I know she is worried but i feel stressed when she does that!

Finally, I found a job in USS!

I took it since there's nothing to do

and that there's no job offer.

Wanted to do something media related or events management but so far,

no luck.

If any of you knows any job that is hiring based on what i listed above,

let me know yeah! ;))

Heyhey!

It's exactly a month since I turned 21.

And I must say my life have been so exciting since then.

I met The Script and Maroon 5 live, attended the Maroon 5 concert and

received money from the government!

I've been a fan of The Script since I love most of their songs.

But not a crazy fan.

But after meeting them at the airport,

I'm a fan of their song and their personality!

I have a story to tell you.

He's so tall and i'm so short that he can't hear me like seriously.

For this picture, I've asked me nearly 10 times.

So you can't blame for my tired face!

Since I was jobless,

I went for the departure.

It was such a close shave.

We gamble.

Cos we thought they left

and also when we went to the other terminal,

they were checking in!

Then it' off to individual pics!

I was just beside him and he still cannot hear me.

I was so embarassed as there was this botak guy in front of me.

And he looked at me and I looked at him.

And he told Danny I called him.

Guess what Danny said to me.

"Did you called my name? I'm sorry I didn't hear you!"

Haha!

I can't stop laughing hearing that.

No, I didn't meet him but I made friends with his back up singers Legaci!
Omg, they are super friendly!
They even DM and follow fans on Twitter!
And other than that, they are talented.
This is the first time i'm more of a fan with the back up singers rather than the singer itself.
Haha!


So after a week of rest,
I met Maroon 5!
Yes, the sexy Adam Levine!!


For Maroon 5,
it was very fast.
They stop for a while only.
Actually not they,
everyone except Adam! :((
There were like few of us only
and I thought Adam would stop for a while.
But no.

Thanks to Kay, I managed to watch them.
She won a ticket to the concert
and since she bought the ticket already,
she gave me a ticket and the other one to her sister!

Her sister is a great company and we are off the same age!! ;))
Not one of the best concert though,
but I enjoyed it.
Adam personality on stage and off stage is super different. :((


After all this concert and meeting the stars,
another good news is that i've received $800 as part of the Growth and Share package.
I was so happy to turn 21 at the right time!


So you see, turning 21 isn't a bad thing after all.
It's just a number and life still goes on.
So far, 2011 have been treating me well
and I hope it stays the same.

My first post being 21!
So let me share how I celebrated my 21st birthday

before I share how awesome April have been for me.

My birthday celebrated started on 4th April, Monday.

First celebration was with my secondary school friends, Matthew & Nancy!

Every year we try to celebrate together since Nancy's birthday and mine is only a day apart.
We celebrated it at Seoul Garden and Matthew 'suprise' us with birthday cake.

Thanks Matthew for the cake!

Then the celebration continues during the birthday itself.

Had two celebration on the same day.

First celebration was with Nabila!

We went to eat at Manhattan Fish Market.

My second time eating there.

Since i'm broke and there's a promotion,

we went there.

And i love eating there.
Big portion, worth the money.

Nabila never fails to suprise me.

She bought me a Parker Pen & $20 Dorothy Perkins Voucher.

And even treat me the lunch at Manhattan Fish!

After that, we went to watch movie, Faster.

Love action movie.

After spending half of the day with her,

it's time to spend it with the family.

My birthday falls on the same day with my twin cousins.

And since my aunt is back from Canada,

we celebrated together at Jurong Point, Swensons!

We conquer the whole stretch of table!

And thanks to my uncle, who treated all of us!

We ate like there's no tommorrow.

And since it's our birthday,

we got free ice cream and some specials!

I miss those times where we all gather together!

That's how I spent my birthday on the day itself.

But the celebration doesn't stop there.

I did a mini 21st Birthday Party

at Bukit Batok Civil Service Club Treehouse.

Invited some close friends and my mum's collagues!

And I wore a dress!
Everyone was like,

"I have known you so long and this is my first time seeing you wearing a dress!"

Haha!
It was so hard finding a perfect dress but thanks to Kay & Fiza for the help!

Most of them were late which I expected it and some things didn't go as plan.

But overall,

I enjoyed myself!

Wanted to take a picture with my mum only

but ended up she asked her collagues along.

For this party,

my mum kept the preparations to herself.

Kept asking about food details

and she was like we just order pizza.

But some of her actions, kept telling me that she has something up her sleeve.
I was super worried about it.

Then, when we reached our treehouse,

I saw people there.

And it was one of her collagues who prepared the food!

I shall dedicate a post for my mum later.

Next was with my secondary school mates.

Supposed to have more people but most cannot make it or MIA last minute.

Haha!

Gonna spend half the day meeting friends and

at night with family since my birthday falls on the same day as the twins!

I'm turning 21 in less than an hour time.

And I have to admit that i'm not ready yet.

21.

I have graduated from school and now searching for a job.

Let's look back at 20 years of my life.

I've been to schools and graduated from one.

My weight have been increasing like nobody business.

I have met different kinds of people.

And part of my dream has come true.

I never imagine myself meeting one of my favourite band!

And even talk to them.

Yes, The Wanted has brighten up my life and give me hope.

Haha!

Life has its ups and downs.

I have my moment where I was super sad and cry.

Sometimes, I wish I have someone to talk to and understand my problem.

One thing about me I want to change is to stop trusting people too easily.

I have this weakness that I trust people too easily.

Like I never learnt my lesson.

I hope after I turn 21,

I can change.

I wanna change to be a better person.

I hope to get a job soon and enter into a university soon.

Turning 21 for me is a big responsibility

cos it's the time where I have to be responsible for my action

like for example, the route i'm choosing will determine what i'll do in the future.

Super stressful!

Pray hard that I'll make the right decision.

And I thank Allah for keeping me alive till this day.

My birthday wish,

Hey all!

I'm back like one week ago.

But had no time or mood to update.

Thailand was great!

I had fun and was sick on the second day.

I think if I don't get sick when im abroad, it will be abnormal.

Haha!

The previous trip was flu, cough and sore throat.

This time worse.

I had food poisoning thanks to the street food.

The thing is my friends ate more than me but didn't get it.

Only me. I only ate one.

Thanks to my sensitive stomach.

I went to the toilet quite a number of times and puke too.

The worst part is i puke on the tuk tuk too.

And after that people called me the Singapore icon, the Merlion!

I was happy to be back this time as I got to meet my host family.

I'm glad they still remember me and kept the pictures and letter I sent.

They really took care of us just like the previous trip.

I don't know why but this trip I felt differently.

I don't feel that excited and when it's time to depart from the village,

yes, I felt sad but I didn't cry.

I think maybe it's because I have gone through that

and that I know that they are now in better condition.

Like now, they have fans and boiling water container to boil water.

I did cry in the end cos my tuk tuk is full of people crying and playing emo songs.

Other than the people in Thailand,

thank God for these people who went for the previous trip!

We are at the wall that we painted a year ago.

For this trip, I only knew 3 persons.

And i'm glad to know more about the rest during the trip.

At first, we were like strangers then friends then to good buddy!

They are awesome bunch which I'll never forget.

Thanks for being so fun and awesome during the trip!

Even though, there's some things that does not live up to my expectation

which is the itenary.

We got to much free time and rest time in between.

I would rather do something seriously like mingling around or some shopping.

This time, I only managed to do fish spa. No massage, no facial, no hair treatment like last year.

Overall, it was okay.

There is more interaction this time round.

We did some performance for the villages and kids who were graduating.

One of the thing that I won't forget is the rain.

Last year when we went there,

it never rain any at all.

This time, it rains for 3 days.

I remember all of us feeling so cold

and when we talk we could see you know that thing.

I forgot what it's called.

Haha!

And also when we hang out at each other house sharing blankets.

And celebrating Wen Da birthday.

The emotions got me when it was time to leave Chiang rai airport.

At first, everyone was laughing and happy

but when it's time to check in.

One by one cried.

And suprisingly, the guys cried too. We told each other not to cry and ended up crying more.

I cried as I know this is the last time I will be meeting them

and being here.

So many memories that will be kept in my mind and heart.

Till next time, Thailand.

If I were given a chance to volunteer, I would like to try another country.

Not that I do not like Thailand, I want to experience volunteering in another country

and widen my knowledge about other culture.

Even though this time the feeling is different,

since I'm having some worries,

I really hope for the best.

One thing that I'm looking forward to,

is to meet my host.

This will be my last time seeing them since

I know it's hard for me again

without the subsidy.

So i'm gonna spend my time wisely!

Pray for my safety and hope I don't get sick.

3 days into March,

and I received I don't know if it's a

good or bad news.

Remember that time,

I blogged about Ciba Vision and asked for you guys to vote

for me on Facebook.

I got into the Top 10 thanks to all your votes.

And being in the Top 10 means that

I'll be able to fly to Bangkok and one step closer to my dream trip, Korea.

Unfortunately,

I'm unable to go for it

since I'll be in Thailand for Service Learning Trip

doing volunteering.

I'm quite sad and frustrated as I bear my heart out

for this contest and for the write up.

I guess if it's meant to be yours, it will

and if not, it won't.

I just have to accept the fact

and live on.

Hope I can get over this soon!
